  1. Ok so here it is. My plans for the vacation this year are the same as the last 3 years. I will be going to Chinmaya International Residential School for the 4th global CHYK(Chinmaya Yuva Kendra) camp with Swami Swaroopananda. The topic we are taking up this year is the Taittriya Upanishad Chapter 2. Camp is from 24th Dec - 1st Jan. So as usual I'll be spending new year's with Swamiji who throws an awesome new year's party. At the Chinmaya mission we study Vedanta, i.e the science of life, the art of man-making. So this year we are going " Where Eagles Dare ".

  5. Well, now that exams are over...and these holidays are probably the only holidays left, I would try and make the most of them, enjoy them as a part of my 'ending student life'... First of all, A Grand New Year Party! And unlike others, I wouldn't get myself involved in any projects... These holidays would be only about "enjoying the sun", "ice-creams", "amazing homemade delicacies", "late night chats in blankets", "hot coffees" etc... And then of course, going out with friends and family...
So, I wish all the future Synechron employees : "Happy Holidays... MAke the most of them " :)

  11. Guys whats this?
Don't you get tired of your work? We have been working continuously for past one year on our studies, projects, companies n all.Have a look at me...
I went on a hunt(Synechron placement) like a lion with other hyena's in crowd. I earned my food(Synechron) fighting them all but this literally took a toll my soul. I am so tired now & willing to take a nap for at least 20 days like an alligator, because night hunters don't work at day time. Right?
Just proud of 'what you have achieved right for your career' & have fun in the holidays.

  24. 1) I made myself to help my coworkers if they need anything.I'll improve myself whatever I'll work on.I'll get all my papers ready

2)I made my self to contribute to welfare of the organization.

3)The first thing to do is closely watch the culture and style of the organization and will try to fit into that. This could include making changes in my dressing style, communication style, behavior and interactions, work ethics etc.

    ReplyDelete
  25. 4)It is equally important to keep updating my knowledge and to expand my work horizons so I have alreay started brushing up my skills and performing my personal SWOT analysis.

5)I'll make myself to coordinate with my new colleagues properly;because in case of lack of coordination and understanding creating a good work environment will not be possible.I'll try to know my coworkers in order to build up the relationship, so that there can be trust when something needs to get done.
